While our main focus is on reducing our climate emissions as a company, we also wish to stimulate the use of environmentally friendly solutions in the home. We have therefore chosen to be one of the main sponsors of the Klimaklubben or Climate Club, an initiative launched by the environmental organisation Grønn Hverdag in September 2008.

The programme focuses on behavioural and lifestyle changes, and was launched by Grønn Hverdag in September 2008. The Climate Club is an interactive follow-up programme designed to assist consumers in leading a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. It is our ambition that the Climate Club should become a national guide for everyone in Norway who wants to make an effort for the climate and the environment.

The Norwegian Ministry of the Environment has supported the development of the Climate Club, and signalled that it should be the national tool offered by the authorities to assist the population to change their habits. We are convinced that employees who are willing to find good solutions in their private lives will also be motivated to find good solutions at work. We also have many office locations and we are engaged in making our offices "greener". We will therefore use the programme as inspiration for our employees.
