The Statoil Ethics Code of Conduct describes the requirements in terms of business ethics applying to Statoil’s business activities.

Ethics and anti-corruption e-learning programme
In September 2011 Statoil launched a new e-learning programme on business ethics and anti-corruption compliance. The new e-learning programme consists of an introduction by Helge Lund, CEO and President of Statoil ASA, an introduction to the Norwegian and US anti-corruption legislation, as well as nine interactive cases built upon Statoil’s Ethical Code of Conduct. The programme is mandatory for the Statoil's employees.
