The Statoil Academy includes several schools and academies embedded in discipline areas in the business. It is a network of knowledge institutions and learning communities. In cooperation with Norwegian and international knowledge institutions we have developed a wide range of programmes that are based on the following types of learning:
- Formal learning: Courses, seminars, e-learning etc. All learning programmes are adapted to the various work processes in Statoil. We also offer a wide range of degree studies, which are based on demand.
