The Statoil Academy is our corporate university addressing learning and development needs through a comprehensive portfolio of learning programmes blended with on-the-job learning.
The Statoil Academy includes several schools and academies embedded in discipline areas in the business. It is a network of knowledge institutions and learning communities. By using the Statoil Academy as a catalyst and promoter we enhance the exchange of knowledge and the transfer of expertise among our people. Demand based learning
In cooperation with Norwegian and international knowledge institutions we have developed a wide range of programmes that are based on the following types of learning:
- Formal learning: Courses, seminars, e-learning etc. All learning programmes are adapted to the various work processes in Statoil. We also offer a wide range of degree studies, which are based on demand.
